STEPHEN GUNZBURGER, CPA, MBA, MST  Managing partner at Miller Wachman LLP.  He received his Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley College.  He is designated as an ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He specializes in complex accounting and auditing issues.  Steve is closely involved with his clients, who cover a wide range of industries including manufacturing, finance, real estate, retail and clients subject to PCAOB oversight (listed companies).  Steve began his audit career as a Federal bank examiner.
